Executive Chef Jeff Nizlek received his training from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and spent years cooking in Switzerland and France before returning to the West Coast. At Wellspring, Nizlek directs the culinary team for The Bistro, a hundred-seat restaurant, and The Woodlands, an event center that can accommodate up to 300 people for business and social events.
