The Spa at Wellspring is open
Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm,
and Saturday, 9am - 4pm.
To schedule your spa appointment,
call 971.983.5268.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call with at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Please check in at your appointment time to allow for our pre-spa ritual. Slip into a comfortable robe and slippers, relax with a cup of tea in our Gathering Room and take a few moments to fill out an intake form. Then enjoy a soothing foot soak and warm neck pillow before your treatment. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for this complimentary ritual.
If you are pleased with your spa experience, a gratuity is customary and acceptable. Gratuities are not accepted for medical treatments or those that are supervised by one of our physicians. An automatic 15% gratuity will be added for groups of three or more.
